Crystallization stress in the rice stem pores caused by water freezing at -20\u2013 -40 \u00b0C was modeled to illustrate the destruction mechanism. The stress was calculated as 22.5\u201338.3 MPa that were higher than the tensile yield stress of untreated stems (3.0 MPa), indicating ice formation damaging pore structure. After freeze at -20 \u00b0C, rice straw was further hydrothermally treated at 190 \u00b0C with 0.4 <em>M<\/em> Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>, achieving 72.0 % lignin removal and 97.2 % cellulose recovery. Glucose yield rose to 91.1 % by 4.3 times after 24 h hydrolysis at 10 FPU loading of Cellic\u00aeCTec2 cellulase. The specific surface area of rice straw was 2.6 m<sup>2<\/sup>\/g increased by 1.2 times after freeze. Rice straw was pretreated by freeze-Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>-hydrothermal treatment with 91.1% glucose yield after 24 h enzymatic hydrolysis. \uff08\u5728-20 \u00b0C\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u51b7\u51bb4\u6b21\u540e\uff0c\u6c34\u7a3b\u830e\u79c6\u5b54\u5185\u6c34\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u7ed3\u6676\u5e94\u529b\u4e3a33 MPa\u3002\u91c7\u7528\u51b7\u51bb\u8f85\u52a9Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u6c34\u70ed\u9884\u5904\u7406\u7a3b\u79c6\uff0c\u9176\u89e324 h\u540e\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u4ea7\u7387\u4e3a91.1%\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u51b7\u51bb\u9884\u5904\u7406\u70ed\u529b\u5b66\u5efa\u6a21\u53ca\u5176\u7ed3\u5408\u78b1\u6027\u6c34\u70ed\u6cd5\u7834\u574f\u7a3b\u79c6\u7ed3\u6784\u7528\u4e8e\u9176\u89e3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8fd1\u671f\uff0c\u535a\u58eb\u751f\u8463\u5029\u540c\u5b66\u5728<strong>\u65b9\u771f\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u4e0b\uff0c\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520aBioresource Technology (Q1\uff0cIF 11.4)\u53d1\u8868\u4e00\u7bc7\u5173\u4e8e\u51b7\u51bb\u9884\u5904\u7406\u70ed\u529b\u5b66\u5efa\u6a21\u53ca\u5176\u7ed3\u5408\u78b1\u6027\u6c34\u70ed\u6cd5\u5904\u7406\u6c34\u7a3b\u79f8\u79c6\u7528\u4e8e\u9176\u89e3\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6027\u8bba\u6587\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u91c7\u7528\u51b7\u51bb\u8054\u5408\u78b1\u6c34\u70ed\u9884\u5904\u7406\u6c34\u7a3b\u79f8\u79c6\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5efa\u7acb\u6c34\u7a3b\u830e\u79c6\u4e2d\u6c34\u51bb\u7ed3(-20\u2013 &#8211; 40 \u00b0C)\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u7ed3\u6676\u5e94\u529b\u6a21\u578b\u6765\u9610\u660e\u51b7\u51bb\u9884\u5904\u7406\u7684\u7834\u574f\u673a\u5236\u3002\u51b7\u51bb\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u7ed3\u6676\u5e94\u529b\u4e3a22.5\u201338.3 MPa\uff0c\u9ad8\u4e8e\u672a\u5904\u7406\u830e\u79c6\u7684\u62c9\u4f38\u5c48\u670d\u5e94\u529b(3.0 MPa)\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u51b7\u51bb\u9884\u5904\u7406\u7834\u574f\u4e86\u6c34\u7a3b\u830e\u79c6\u7684\u5b54\u9699\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u6c34\u7a3b\u79f8\u79c6\u5728-20 \u00b0C\u51b7\u51bb\u540e\u8fdb\u884c\u78b1\u6c34\u70ed\u5904\u7406(190 \u00b0C, 0.4 <em>M<\/em> Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>)\uff0c\u6728\u8d28\u7d20\u53bb\u9664\u7387\u4e3a72.0%\uff0c\u7ea4\u7ef4\u7d20\u56de\u6536\u7387\u4e3a97.2%\u3002\u572810 FPU Cellic\u00aeCTec2\u7ea4\u7ef4\u7d20\u9176\u8d1f\u8f7d\u4e0b\u6c34\u89e324 h\u540e\uff0c\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u7684\u4ea7\u7387\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e864.3\u500d\uff0c\u8fbe\u523091.1%\u3002\u51b7\u51bb\u9884\u5904\u7406\u540e\uff0c\u6c34\u7a3b\u79f8\u79c6\u6bd4\u8868\u9762\u79ef\u4e3a2.6 m<sup>2<\/sup>\/g\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e861.2\u500d\u3002\u51b7\u51bb\u8054\u5408\u78b1\u6027\u6c34\u70ed\u5904\u7406\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u7eff\u8272\u8282\u80fd\u7684\u6539\u5584\u9176\u89e3\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7ed3\u679c\u53d1\u8868\u5728Bioresource Technology\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Q\u00a0Dong, CX\u00a0Gong,\u00a0GL\u00a0Xie,\u00a0GQ\u00a0Zhu,\u00a0<strong>Zhen<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Fang*<\/strong>.
