The study investigated the regulation of growth and lipid synthesis of <em>Chlorella pyrenoidosa<\/em> in electric arc furnace slag leaching solution, and citric acid electric arc furnace slag co-leaching solution, to achieve lipid production while treating metallurgical solid waste. The results showed that the highest biomass and lipid contents were 0.23 g\/L and 45.89 wt%, respectively, when BG11 was added to the electric arc furnace slag leaching solution. The highest biomass and lipid contents were 0.25 g\/L and 33.37 wt%, respectively, for the addition of citric acid electric arc furnace slag leaching solution at BG11. Various metal ions in the electric arc furnace slag leaching solution increased the biomass lipid content by modulating acetyl-CoA carboxylase, malic enzyme, and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase activities. High biomass content (0.44 g\/L) was achieved by citric acid assisting EAFS leaching. \u5728BG11\u4e2d\u52a0\u5165EAFS\u6d78\u51fa\u6db2\uff0c\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u8102\u8d28\u542b\u91cf(45.89 wt%)\u3002\u67e0\u6aac\u9178\u8f85\u52a9EAFS\u6d78\u51fa\u53ef\u83b7\u5f97\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u751f\u7269\u8d28\u542b\u91cf(0.44 g\/L)\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u7535\u7089\u6e23\u91cd\u91d1\u5c5e\u80c1\u8feb\u4fc3\u8fdb<\/strong><strong><em>Chlorella pyrenoidosa<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u5fae\u85fb<\/strong><strong>\u9ad8\u6548\u5408\u6210\u6cb9\u8102<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u9752\u5e74\u5973\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u738b\u4e00\u540c\u535a\u58eb\uff08\u534e\u5317\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b66\u51b6\u91d1\u4e0e\u80fd\u6e90\u5b66\u9662\u526f\u6559\u6388\uff09\u548c\u65b9\u771f\u6559\u6388\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520aJournal of Cleaner Production\uff08IF: 11.072\uff0cQ1\uff09\u53d1\u8868\u9898\u4e3a\u201c\u7535\u7089\u6e23\u91cd\u91d1\u5c5e\u80c1\u8feb\u4fc3\u8fdb<em>Chlorella pyrenoidosa<\/em>\u9ad8\u6548\u5408\u6210\u8102\u8d28\u201d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6027\u8bba\u6587\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u7535\u7089\u6e23\u4ea7\u91cf\u9ad8\uff0c\u5143\u7d20\u4e30\u5bcc\uff0c\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5fae\u85fb\u7684\u8425\u517b\u6765\u6e90\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4e86<em>Chlorella pyrenoidosa<\/em>\u5728\u7535\u7089\u6e23\u6d78\u51fa\u6db2\u548c\u67e0\u6aac\u9178\u7535\u7089\u6e23\u5171\u6d78\u51fa\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u751f\u957f\u548c\u8102\u8d28\u5408\u6210\u7684\u8c03\u8282\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u51b6\u91d1\u56fa\u4f53\u5e9f\u7269\u8d44\u6e90\u5316\u540c\u65f6\u83b7\u5f97\u9ad8\u9644\u52a0\u503c\u8102\u8d28\u3002\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5f53\u5728BG11\u6dfb\u52a0\u7535\u7089\u6e23\u6d78\u51fa\u6db2\u4e2d\u65f6\uff0c\u751f\u7269\u91cf\u548c\u8102\u8d28\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u542b\u91cf\u5206\u522b\u4e3a0.23g\/L\u548c45.89wt%\u3002\u5728BG11\u6dfb\u52a0\u67e0\u6aac\u9178\u7535\u7089\u6e23\u8054\u5408\u6d78\u51fa\u6db2\u65f6\uff0c\u751f\u7269\u91cf\u548c\u8102\u8d28\u542b\u91cf\u5206\u522b\u4e3a0.25g\/L\u548c33.37wt%\u3002\u7535\u7089\u6e23\u6d78\u51fa\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u5404\u79cd\u91d1\u5c5e\u79bb\u5b50\u901a\u8fc7\u8c03\u8282\u4e59\u9170\u8f85\u9176A\u7fa7\u5316\u9176\u3001\u82f9\u679c\u9178\u9176\u548c\u78f7\u9178\u70ef\u9187\u4e19\u916e\u9178\u7fa7\u5316\u9176\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6765\u589e\u52a0\u8102\u8d28\u542b\u91cf\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u89e3\u51b3\u5fae\u85fb\u57f9\u517b\u548c\u51b6\u91d1\u56fa\u5e9f\u5904\u7406\u6210\u672c\u9ad8\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4e3a\u5fae\u85fb\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b0\u601d\u8def\u3002\u8be6\u60c5\u53ef\u89c1\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Q Yu, TJ Liu, YN Zeng, YT Wang*, JG Li*, LL Kang, R Ji, FP Wang, XM Wang, B Liu, S Cai, <strong>Zhen Fang<\/strong>*.
