Professor Zhang said that it is necessary to lead the development of a full set of independent and self-improvement new biological refining technologies for producing starch, protein and healthy sugars from straw, the main components of artificial food, and developing straw grain synthesis technologies that are economic viable in 3-5 years. In addition, Professor Zhang also showed that innovative energy-driven material synthesis models will solve the problem of low energy efficiency and slow conversion rate of natural photosynthesis, and it is expected that CO<sub>2 <\/sub>production of artificial food could be industrialized in 2036.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Professor Yi-Heng Zhang Bio<\/strong>, Bachelor and Master degrees in Bioengineering, East China University of Science and Technology, Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Dartmouth. Professor (level 2) of Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology, CAS. He is director of the National Key Laboratory of Low-carbon Synthetic Engineering Biology, director of the Center for in Vitro Synthetic Biology of Tianjin Institute, doctoral supervisor. He is \u201cOne Hundred Program Scholar\u201d (class A) of CAS, one of the world&#8217;s most-recognized pioneers in vitro synthetic biology who proposed the design principle of in vitro multi-enzyme molecular machines for the first time. He developed the electricity-hydrogen-sugar (secondary energy) cycle theory that systematically solves the problems of electricity storage, hydrogen production, storage and transportation, and realizes the production of high-quality hydrogen energy at ambient conditions for the first time. He developed a full set of independent self-reliant industrialization technologies for the &#8220;new biorefinery plant&#8221; for producing artificial food, and led the starch-to-inositol (vitamin B8) project, the world&#8217;s first industrial demonstration of in vitro synthetic biotechnology, and pioneered a new method for inositol biomanufacturing.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" \u534e\u4e1c\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b66\u751f\u7269\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b66\u58eb\u548c\u7855\u58eb\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u8fbe\u7279\u8305\u65af\u5b66\u9662\u5316\u5b66\u5de5\u7a0b\u535a\u58eb\u3002\u4e2d\u79d1\u9662\u5929\u6d25\u5de5\u4e1a\u751f\u7269\u6280\u672f\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u4e8c\u7ea7\u7814\u7a76\u5458\uff0c\u4f4e\u78b3\u5408\u6210\u5de5\u7a0b\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u5168\u56fd\u91cd\u70b9\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u4e3b\u4efb\uff0c\u5929\u6d25\u6240\u4f53\u5916\u5408\u6210\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb\uff0c\u535a\u58eb\u751f\u5bfc\u5e08\uff0c\u4e2d\u79d1\u9662\u767e\u4eba\u8ba1\u5212A\u7c7b\u2014\u5b66\u672f\u5e05\u624d\uff0c\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u516c\u8ba4\u7684\u4f53\u5916\u5408\u6210\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u5960\u57fa\u4eba\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u9996\u6b21\u63d0\u51fa\u4f53\u5916\u591a\u9176\u5206\u5b50\u673a\u5668\u8bbe\u8ba1\u539f\u7406\u3002\u4ed6\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u7535-\u6c22-\u7cd6\uff08\u4e8c\u6b21\u80fd\u6e90\uff09\u5faa\u73af\u7406\u8bba\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u89e3\u51b3\u7535\u50a8\u5b58\u3001\u6c22\u4ea7\u50a8\u8fd0\u7684\u96be\u9898\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u5b9e\u73b0\u4ece\u73af\u5883\u70ed\u91cf\u751f\u4ea7\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28\u6c22\u80fd\u3002\u4ed6\u5f00\u53d1\u4ee5\u751f\u4ea7\u4eba\u9020\u7cae\u98df\u4e3a\u76ee\u7684\u7684\u201c\u65b0\u751f\u7269\u70bc\u5236\u5de5\u5382\u201d\u7684\u5168\u5957\u81ea\u4e3b\u81ea\u5f3a\u5de5\u4e1a\u5316\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u6240\u9886\u5bfc\u7684\u6dc0\u7c89\u5236\u808c\u9187\uff08\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20B8\uff09\u9879\u76ee\u662f\u5168\u7403\u9996\u4e2a\u4f53\u5916\u5408\u6210\u751f\u7269\u6280\u672f\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u5316\u793a\u8303\uff0c\u9996\u521b\u808c\u9187\u751f\u7269\u5236\u9020\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stabilization
