Approximately 90% H<sub>2<\/sub> yield was obtained under optimized conditions (360 <sup>o<\/sup>C, 0.5 g Ni-La catalyst loading, 0.5 g biomass and 10 min) by an orthogonal design with Ni-La\/SBC. In addition, the H<sub>2<\/sub> yield of rice and wheat straw increased by 41.5 and 39.5 times, respectively at optimized conditions. It was found that the activity of Ni-La materials supported with SBC ash and Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> was similar, with H<sub>2<\/sub> yields of 108.3% and 115.1% at 380 <sup>o<\/sup>C, respectively in 5 min. Catalysts were characterized by NH<sub>3<\/sub>-TPD, TPR, XRD, BET and XPS. SBC ash provided a high specific surface area (94.4 m<sup>2<\/sup>\/g) for the Ni-La catalyst. La-promoted Ni\/SBC (0.19 mmol\/g) had a stronger acidity than Ni\/SBC (0.16 mmol\/g). Ni-La\/SBC had a broad reduction peak, indicating the uniform dispersion of Ni on the support. Ni-La\/SBC materials not only realized the reuse of SBC but also effectively promoted the hydrothermal gasification of agricultural wastes. Products\u53d1\u8868\u9898\u4e3a\u201c\u6c34\u70ed\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0bNi-La\/\u5e9f\u767d\u571f\u50ac\u5316\u68c9\u82b1\u79f8\u79c6\u6c14\u5316\u4ea7\u6c22\u201d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6027\u8bba\u6587\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4f7f\u7528Ni-La\u57fa\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u5728\u4e9a\u4e34\u754c\u548c\u8d85\u4e34\u754c\u6c34\u4e2d\u50ac\u5316\u6c14\u5316\u68c9\u79c6\u751f\u4ea7H<sub>2<\/sub>\u3002\u4ee5Ni-La\/\u5e9f\u767d\u571f\uff08SBC\uff09\u4e3a\u50ac\u5316\u5242\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6b63\u4ea4\u5b9e\u9a8c\uff0c\u7b5b\u9009\u51fa\u6700\u4f18\u53cd\u5e94\u6761\u4ef6\uff1a360 <sup>o<\/sup>C\u30010.5 g Ni-La\/SBC\u30010.5 g \u68c9\u6746\u300110 \u5206\u949f\uff0c\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u7ea6 90% \u7684 H<sub>2<\/sub> \u4ea7\u7387\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4f18\u5316\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u6c34\u7a3b\u548c\u5c0f\u9ea6\u79f8\u79c6\u7684H<sub>2<\/sub>\u4ea7\u91cf\u5206\u522b\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e8641.5\u500d\u548c39.5\u500d\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0 SBC \u7070\u548c Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> \u8d1f\u8f7d\u7684 Ni-La \u6750\u6599\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u76f8\u4f3c\uff0c\u5728 380 <sup>o<\/sup>C \u4e0b\u53cd\u5e94 5 \u5206\u949f\u7684 H<sub>2<\/sub> \u4ea7\u7387\u5206\u522b\u4e3a 108.3% \u548c 115.1%\u3002\u901a\u8fc7NH<sub>3<\/sub>-TPD\u3001TPR\u3001XRD\u3001BET\u548cXPS\u5bf9\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8868\u5f81\u3002 SBC\u7070\u4e3a Ni-La \u50ac\u5316\u5242\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u9ad8\u6bd4\u8868\u9762\u79ef (94.4 m<sup>2<\/sup>\/g)\u3002La \u4fc3\u8fdb\u7684Ni\/SBC (0.19 mmol\/g)\u6bd4Ni\/SBC (0.16 mmol\/g)\u5177\u6709\u66f4\u5f3a\u7684\u9178\u6027\u3002Ni-La\/SBC \u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u8f83\u5bbd\u7684\u8fd8\u539f\u5cf0\uff0c\u8868\u660e Ni \u5728\u8f7d\u4f53\u4e0a\u5747\u5300\u5206\u6563\u3002Ni-La\/SBC\u6750\u6599\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u5e9f\u767d\u571f\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u6548\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e86\u519c\u4e1a\u5e9f\u5f03\u7269\u7684\u6c34\u70ed\u6c14\u5316\u3002\u8be6\u60c5\u53ef\u89c1\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">YQ Song, S Nanda, WJ Cong, J Sun, GH Dong, A Magdziarz, <strong>Zhen Fang<\/strong>*, AK Dalai, JA Kozinski, Hydrogen production from cotton stalk over Ni-La catalysts supported on spent bleaching clay via hydrothermal gasification, <u>Industrial Crops &amp;
