{"id":4659,"date":"2022-04-10T19:40:58","date_gmt":"2022-04-10T11:40:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/?p=4659"},"modified":"2022-04-24T19:16:39","modified_gmt":"2022-04-24T11:16:39","slug":"4659-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/4659-2\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>NaFeO<sub>2<\/sub>-Fe<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>4<\/sub><\/strong><strong>\u5408\u6210\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9<\/strong><strong>Highly stable <\/strong><strong>NaFeO<sub>2<\/sub>-Fe<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>4<\/sub> composite<\/strong><strong> catalyst from blast furnace dust for efficient production of biodiesel at low temperature<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recently, Dr Yi-Tong Wang (Associate Prof., College of Metallurgy and Energy, North China University of Science and Technology) and <strong>Prof. Zhen Fang<\/strong> published an article in Industrial Crops &amp; Products about using highly stable NaFeO<sub>2<\/sub>-Fe<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>4<\/sub> composite catalyst from blast furnace dust for biodiesel production.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Highly stable catalysts were prepared by wet impregnation of blast furnace dust (BFD) in Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00b7H<sub>2<\/sub>O, Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00b710H<sub>2<\/sub>O, NaHCO<sub>3<\/sub> and Na<sub>2<\/sub>CrO<sub>4<\/sub> solution and subsequent calcination of 300-600 <sup>o<\/sup>C. At low temperature of 65 <sup>o<\/sup>C for 2 h with methanol\/oil molar ratio of 15\/1, high biodiesel yields of 100 wt% were obtained with 7wt% Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00b7H<sub>2<\/sub>O@BFD<sub>300<\/sub> and Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00b7H<sub>2<\/sub>O@BFD<sub>400<\/sub> catalyst (impregnating with Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00b7H<sub>2<\/sub>O solution and calcining at 300 and 400 <sup>o<\/sup>C) added for the first use. Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00b7H<sub>2<\/sub>O@BFD<sub>300<\/sub> catalyst exhibited outstanding stability and recyclability with biodiesel yields of 100 wt% at the fifth use (93 wt% at the twelfth use) owing to impregnated Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub> reacting with Fe<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> in dust to produce stable and active nanocomponents of NaFeO<sub>2<\/sub> (32.42 nm) and magnetic nanocomponent of Fe<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>4 <\/sub>(size of 3.14 nm and Ms of 6.16 Am<sup>2<\/sup>\/kg) in dust existing. Highly stable NaFeO<sub>2<\/sub>-Fe<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>4<\/sub> Composite Catalyst from Blast Furnace Dust for Efficient Production of Biodiesel at Low Temperature, <u>Industrial Crops and Products<\/u>, 182, 114937, <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.indcrop.2022.114937\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.indcrop.2022.114937<\/a> (<strong>2022<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4660\" src=\"https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022-4-10\u56fe\u72471crops.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2002\" height=\"724\" srcset=\"https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022-4-10\u56fe\u72471crops.jpg 2002w, https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022-4-10\u56fe\u72471crops-300x108.jpg 300w, https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022-4-10\u56fe\u72471crops-1024x370.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022-4-10\u56fe\u72471crops-768x278.jpg 768w, https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022-4-10\u56fe\u72471crops-1536x555.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022-4-10\u56fe\u72471crops-2000x724.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2002px) 100vw, 2002px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Efficient production of biodiesel can be achieved with Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00b7H<sub>2<\/sub>O@BFD<sub>300<\/sub> catalyst for 12 reuses with 92.56 wt% yield.\u4f7f\u7528Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00b7H<sub>2<\/sub>O@BFD<sub>300<\/sub>\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u5b9e\u73b0\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u9ad8\u6548\u751f\u4ea7\uff0c\u5faa\u73af12\u6b21\u540e\uff0c\u4ea7\u7387\u4ecd\u53ef\u8fbe92.56 wt%\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u738b\u4e00\u540c\u535a\u58eb\u548c\u65b9\u771f\u6559\u6388\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520aIndustrial Crops &amp; Products\u53d1\u8868\u5b66\u672f\u8bba\u6587:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u9ad8\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u5236\u5907<\/strong><strong>NaFeO<sub>2<\/sub>-Fe<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>4<\/sub><\/strong><strong>\u590d\u5408\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7528\u4e8e\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u5408\u6210<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u738b\u4e00\u540c\u535a\u58eb\uff08\u534e\u5317\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b66\u51b6\u91d1\u4e0e\u80fd\u6e90\u5b66\u9662\u526f\u6559\u6388\uff09\u548c\u65b9\u771f\u6559\u6388\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520aIndustrial Crops &amp; Products\uff08IF: 5.645\uff0cQ1\uff09\u53d1\u8868\u9898\u4e3a\u201c\u9ad8\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u5236\u5907NaFeO<sub>2<\/sub>-Fe<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>4<\/sub>\u590d\u5408\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7528\u4e8e\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u5408\u6210\u201d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6027\u8bba\u6587\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5229\u7528Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00b7H<sub>2<\/sub>O\uff0cNa<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00b710H<sub>2<\/sub>O\uff0cNaHCO<sub>3<\/sub>\u548cNa<sub>2<\/sub>CrO<sub>4<\/sub>\u6c34\u6eb6\u6db2\u5206\u522b\u6e7f\u6cd5\u6d78\u6e0d\u9ad8\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\uff0c\u4e8e300-600 <sup>o<\/sup>C\u9ad8\u6e29\u6d3b\u5316\u5236\u5907\u9ad8\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u3002\u572865 <sup>o<\/sup>C\u3001\u9187\u6cb9\u6469\u5c14\u6bd415\/1\u3001\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7528\u91cf7 wt%\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u53cd\u5e942 h\uff0cNa<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00b7H<sub>2<\/sub>O@BFD<sub>300<\/sub>\u548cNa<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00b7H<sub>2<\/sub>O@BFD<sub>400<\/sub>\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86100 wt%\u7684\u4ea7\u7387\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u6d78\u6e0d\u7684Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u548c\u9ad8\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u4e2d\u7684Fe<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>\u53cd\u5e94\u751f\u6210\u7a33\u5b9a\u4e14\u6709\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ec4\u5206NaFeO<sub>2<\/sub>\uff0832.42 nm\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u9ad8\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u7684\u78c1\u6027\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ec4\u5206Fe<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>4<\/sub>\uff08\u6676\u7c92\uff1a3.14 nm\uff1b\u78c1\u6027\uff1a6.16 Am<sup>2<\/sup>\/kg\uff09\uff0cNa<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00b7H<sub>2<\/sub>O@BFD<sub>300<\/sub>\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u6027\uff0c\u5faa\u73af12\u6b21\u540e\u4ecd\u53ef\u83b7\u5f9793 wt%\u7684\u4ea7\u7387\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u4e3a\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u5316\u751f\u4ea7\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5b9e\u7528\u6307\u5bfc\u3002\u8be6\u60c5\u53ef\u89c1\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">XM Wang, YN Zeng, LQ Jiang, YT Wang*, JG Li*, LL Kang, R Ji, D Gao, FP Wang, Q Yu, YJ Wang, <strong>Zhen Fang*<\/strong>.
