Biodiesel yields of 100.0 wt% (Na-BFD<sub>500<\/sub>) and 98.3 wt% (Ca-BFD<sub>600<\/sub>) were achieved at 65 <sup>o<\/sup>C. Synthesized catalysts showed outstanding activity and recyclability, due to the transition of CaCO<sub>3<\/sub>, Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub> and Fe<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3 <\/sub>to nanocrystals of NaFeO<sub>2<\/sub> (29.9 nm), Ca<sub>2<\/sub>Fe<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>5<\/sub> (10.5 nm), CaO (100.1 nm) and Ca<sub>2<\/sub>Fe<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>5<\/sub> (50.0 nm). Na-BFD<sub>500<\/sub> achieved 95.8 wt% biodiesel yield with 16 cycles, whereas Ca-BFD<sub>600<\/sub> reached 94.1 wt% biodiesel yield with 7 cycles via magnetic separation. BFD containing convertible magnetic and active components (Fe<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> and CaCO<sub>3<\/sub>) was an ideal raw material to synthesize catalyst for biodiesel production with high catalytic efficiency and easy separation. \u901a\u8fc7\u6d78\u6e0d\u548c\u7145\u70e7\u5236\u5907\u4e86\u7eb3\u7c73\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7528\u4e8e\u50ac\u5316\u8c46\u6cb9\u916f\u4ea4\u6362\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\uff0c\u4ea7\u7387\u9ad8\u8fbe100 wt%\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u9ad8\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u5236\u5907\u53cc\u529f\u80fd<\/strong><strong>Na-Fe-Ca<\/strong><strong>\u7eb3\u7c73\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7528\u4e8e\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u5408\u6210<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u738b\u4e00\u540c\u535a\u58eb\uff08\u534e\u5317\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b66\u51b6\u91d1\u4e0e\u80fd\u6e90\u5b66\u9662\u526f\u6559\u6388\uff09\u548c\u65b9\u771f\u6559\u6388\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520aFuel\uff08IF: 6.609\uff0cQ1\uff09\u53d1\u8868\u9898\u4e3a\u201c\u9ad8\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u5236\u5907\u53cc\u529f\u80fdNa-Fe-Ca\u7eb3\u7c73\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7528\u4e8e\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u5408\u6210\u201d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6027\u8bba\u6587\u3002<\/p>\n<p
