Process of impregnating with CaCO<sub>3<\/sub>, BaCO<sub>3<\/sub>, SrCO<sub>3<\/sub> and CdCO<sub>3<\/sub> suspension solutions and being calcined at high-temperature did not promote improvement of catalytic activity of EFD powder, while the single impregnating with K<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub> suspension solution can only improve its catalytic activity in the first use. Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>@EFD catalyst synthesized by impregnating with only Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub> suspension solution owned considerable catalytic activity from nano Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub> (37.0 nm) and good recyclability from nano Fe<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>4<\/sub> (size of 30.0 nm &amp; Ms of 26.77 Am<sup>2<\/sup>\/kg) with biodiesel yield of 99.13 wt% at 65 <sup>o<\/sup>C in 2 h with 15\/1 methanol\/oil molar ratio and 7 wt% catalyst dosage in the first use (93.50 wt% in the eleventh use). The kinetic study with Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>@EFD was carried out, and it was found that the activation energy was 32.81 kJ\/mol and the frequency factor was 3760.85 \/min, lower than reported solid base catalysts, which suggested synthesized Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>@EFD catalyst owned remarkable potential for industrial application in biomass energy conversion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Related results were accepted in Catalysis Today:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">YT Wang, D Gao, J Yang, YN Zeng, JG Li, YJ Wang, XM Wang, FP Wang, Q Yu, TJ Liu, S Cai, Z Fang. Catalysis Today, 2021, <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.cattod.2021.12.013\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.cattod.2021.12.013<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4614\" src=\"https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2021-12-31\u62a5\u9053today-ytw.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1868\" height=\"742\" srcset=\"https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2021-12-31\u62a5\u9053today-ytw.jpg 1868w, https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2021-12-31\u62a5\u9053today-ytw-300x119.jpg 300w, https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2021-12-31\u62a5\u9053today-ytw-1024x407.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2021-12-31\u62a5\u9053today-ytw-768x305.jpg 768w, https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2021-12-31\u62a5\u9053today-ytw-1536x610.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1868px) 100vw, 1868px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Highly stable heterogeneous catalysts were prepared with carbonates suspension solutions impregnating onto electric furnace dust to catalyze the production of biodiesel from soybean oil with biodiesel yield of 99.13 wt% in the first use (93.50 wt% in the eleventh use). \u7535\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u901a\u8fc7\u78b3\u9178\u76d0\u60ac\u6d4a\u6db2\u6d78\u6e0d\u540e\u5236\u5907\u957f\u5bff\u975e\u5747\u76f8\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7528\u4e8e\u50ac\u5316\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\uff0c\u4ea7\u7387\u9ad8\u8fbe99.13 wt%\uff0c\u5faa\u73af\u4f7f\u752811\u6b21\u540e\u4ea7\u7387\u4ecd\u53ef\u8fbe\u523093.50 wt%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u7535\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u5236\u5907\u957f\u5bff\u547d\u975e\u5747\u76f8\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7528\u4e8e\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u53ca\u53cd\u5e94\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u7814\u7a76<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u738b\u4e00\u540c\u548c\u65b9\u771f\u6559\u6388\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520aCatalysis Today\u53d1\u8868\u5b66\u672f\u8bba\u6587\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u7535\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u5236\u5907\u957f\u5bff\u975e\u5747\u76f8\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7528\u4e8e\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u53ca\u53cd\u5e94\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u7814\u7a76<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u738b\u4e00\u540c\u535a\u58eb\uff08\u5973\uff0c\u534e\u5317\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b66\u51b6\u91d1\u4e0e\u80fd\u6e90\u5b66\u9662\u526f\u6559\u6388\uff09\u548c\u65b9\u771f\u6559\u6388\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520aCatalysis Today\uff08IF: 6.766, Q2\uff09\u53d1\u8868\u9898\u4e3a\u201c\u7535\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u5236\u5907\u957f\u5bff\u975e\u5747\u76f8\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7528\u4e8e\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u53ca\u53cd\u5e94\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u201d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6027\u8bba\u6587\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5229\u7528\u78b3\u9178\u76d0\u60ac\u6d4a\u6db2\u6e7f\u6cd5\u6d78\u6e0d\u7535\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u548c\u9ad8\u6e29\u7145\u70e7\u7684\u624b\u6bb5\u5236\u5907\u957f\u5bff\u975e\u5747\u76f8\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7528\u4e8e\u50ac\u5316\u8c46\u6cb9\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u3002\u7528CaCO<sub>3<\/sub>\u3001BaCO<sub>3<\/sub>\u3001SrCO<sub>3<\/sub>\u3001CdCO<sub>3<\/sub>\u60ac\u6d4a\u6db2\u548cK<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u6eb6\u6db2\u6d78\u6e0d\u548c\u9ad8\u6e29\u7145\u70e7\u5bf9\u7535\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u6d3b\u6027\u6ca1\u6709\u663e\u8457\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u7528Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\u6eb6\u6db2\u6d78\u6e0d\u5408\u6210\u7684Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>@EFD\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u5177\u6709\u8f83\u597d\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u5faa\u73af\u6027\uff0c\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u7684\u4ea7\u7387\u4e3a99.13 wt%\uff0c\u5faa\u73af\u662f11\u6b21\u540e\u4ecd\u53ef\u83b7\u5f9793.50 wt%\u7684\u4ea7\u7387\uff0c\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u56de\u6536\u7387&gt; 90 wt%\u3002\u5bf9Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>@EFD\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u8fdb\u884c\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u6d3b\u5316\u80fd\u4e3a32.81 kJ\/mol\uff0c\u9891\u7387\u56e0\u5b50\u4e3a3760.85 \/min\uff0c\u4f4e\u4e8e\u5df2\u7ecf\u62a5\u9053\u7684\u56fa\u4f53\u78b1\u50ac\u5316\u5242\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u5408\u6210\u7684Na<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>@EFD\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u5177\u6709\u663e\u7740\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\u7528\u4e8e\u751f\u7269\u8d28\u80fd\u8f6c\u5316\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u8be6\u60c5\u53ef\u89c1\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">YT Wang, D Gao, J Yang, YN Zeng, JG Li, YJ Wang, XM Wang, FP Wang, Q Yu, TJ Liu, S Cai, Z Fang.
