{"id":4572,"date":"2021-09-30T18:01:57","date_gmt":"2021-09-30T10:01:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/?p=4572"},"modified":"2021-09-30T18:05:12","modified_gmt":"2021-09-30T10:05:12","slug":"4572-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/4572-2\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u822a\u7a7a\u71c3\u6599\u5408\u6210<\/strong><strong>Lanthanide catalyst for synthesis of jet fuel intermediates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recently, master student Miss Lu-ping Li supervised by Dr. Xiao Kong and <strong>Prof. Zhen Fang<\/strong> published a research article in Molecular Catalysis about the synthesis of jet fuel intermediates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jet fuel precursors (4-(2-furyl)-3-buten-2-one (FAc) and 1,5-di-2-furanyl-1,4-pentadien-3-one (F<sub>2<\/sub>Ac)) can be produced from aldol condensation between furfural and acetone over basic catalysts. However, there is still a need to develop efficient alkaline catalysts and understand the role of alkaline sites. In this work, La<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>-Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> catalyst was successfully prepared by coprecipitation and the effect of preparation conditions on the properties and catalytic performance was investigated. Experiments showed that La<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub> and La<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> were formed after calcination, and the activity was greatly improved by the introduction of La<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>. At higher coprecipitation pH, rod-shaped La<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub> was formed, exposing basic La<sup>3+<\/sup>-O<sup>2-<\/sup> sites for good performance in aldol condensation reactions. The catalytic performance of La<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>-Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> in aldol condensation of furfural with acetone was also evaluated and compared with that of Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>, La<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>, La<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>-Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>, La(OH)\u2083\/Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> and La<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>\/Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>. A total conversion of furfural can be realized with F<sub>2<\/sub>Ac yield of 67.8% at a furfural\/acetone ratio of 1\/1 and 90 <sup>o<\/sup>C, with a FAc yield of 25.8% at the same time. The deactivation mechanism of the La<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>-Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> catalyst was also studied.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" justify;\"><strong>Liquid fuel precursors can be produced by furfural-acetone aldol condensation over La<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>-Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> catalyst with C13 yield of 67.8%\uff08\u901a\u8fc7\u7ce0\u919b\u548c\u4e19\u916e\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u7f9f\u919b\u7f29\u5408\u5728La<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>-Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u4e0a\u5236\u5907\u6db2\u4f53\u71c3\u6599\u4e2d\u95f4\u4f53\uff0cC13\u4ea7\u7387\u4e3a67.8%\uff09<\/strong><\/p>\n<p <sup>o<\/sup>C\u4e0b\uff0c\u7ce0\u919b\u7684\u603b\u8f6c\u5316\u7387\u4e3a67.8%\uff0c\u540c\u65f6FAc\u4ea7\u7387\u4e3a25.8%\u3002\u6700\u540e\u7814\u7a76\u4e86La<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>-Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7684\u5931\u6d3b\u673a\u7406\u3002\u8be6\u60c5\u53ef\u89c1\uff1a<\/p>\n<p
