Blast furnace dust calcined at 600-700\u00a0<sup>o<\/sup>C obviously promotes efficient biodiesel production because of the crystal form transformation from lead sulfate particles in dust into active lead oxide, lead sulfide, and lead particles. It is found for the first time that lead oxide, lead sulfide and lead particles can resist saponification from fatty acids to catalyze raw renewable oils to biodiesel with catalytic activity order as follows: lead oxide &gt; lead &gt; lead sulfide &gt; lead sulfate. Biodiesel production process is optimized according to an orthogonal design with biodiesel yield of 92 wt% obtained at AV of 9.6 mg KOH\/g (82 wt% after 5 cycles). Biodiesel yield of 84 wt% is achieved at AV of 28.9 mg KOH\/g with acidity of 0.18 mmol\/g. (\u6765\u81ea\u4e8e\u94a2\u94c1\u5de5\u4e1a\u7684\u9ad8\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u88ab\u7145\u70e7\u540e\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u50ac\u5316\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\u76f4\u63a5\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\uff0c\u4ea7\u7387\u53ef\u8fbe92 wt%\uff0c\u5e76\u5faa\u73af5\u6b21)\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u7145\u70e7\u7684\u9ad8\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u50ac\u5316\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u6cb9\u8102\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u738b\u4e00\u540c\u526f\u6559\u6388 (\u5973\uff0c\u534e\u5317\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b66\u51b6\u91d1\u4e0e\u80fd\u6e90\u5b66\u9662) \u548c\u65b9\u771f\u6559\u6388\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520aRenewable Energy (IF: 6.274\uff0cQ1) \u53d1\u8868\u9898\u4e3a\u201c\u7145\u70e7\u7684\u9ad8\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u50ac\u5316\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u6cb9\u8102\u8054\u5408\u916f\u5316\u548c\u8f6c\u916f\u5316\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u201d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6027\u8bba\u6587\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9ad8\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u901a\u8fc7\u9ad8\u6e29\u7145\u70e7\u540e\u53ef\u5236\u5907\u56fa\u4f53\u9178\u78b1\u4e24\u6027\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u53ef\u50ac\u5316\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\u8054\u5408\u916f\u5316\u548c\u8f6c\u916f\u5316\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u3002\u9ad8\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u5728600\u548c700\u00a0<sup>o<\/sup>C\u9ad8\u6e29\u7145\u70e7\u540e\u6676\u76f8\u6539\u53d8\uff0c\u7c89\u5c18\u4e2d\u786b\u9178\u94c5\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u6c27\u5316\u94c5\u3001\u786b\u5316\u94c5\u548c\u94c5\u9897\u7c92\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u4fc3\u8fdb\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u751f\u4ea7\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u9996\u6b21\u53d1\u73b0\u6c27\u5316\u94c5\u3001\u786b\u5316\u94c5\u548c\u94c5\u9897\u7c92\u5177\u6709\u5f88\u597d\u6297\u9178\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u9632\u6b62\u7682\u5316\u73b0\u8c61\u53d1\u751f\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u6d3b\u6027\u987a\u5e8f\u4e3a\uff1aPbO &gt; Pb &gt; PbS &gt; PbSO<sub>4<\/sub>\u3002\u5728\u6b63\u4ea4\u5b9e\u9a8c\u4f18\u5316\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u5de5\u827a\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u50ac\u5316\u9178\u503c\u4e3a9.6 mg KOH\/g\u7684\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\u53ef\u83b7\u5f9792 wt%\u7684\u4ea7\u7387\uff0c\u5faa\u73af5\u6b21\u540e\u4ecd\u53ef\u83b7\u5f9782 wt%\u7684\u4ea7\u7387\uff0c\u50ac\u5316\u9178\u503c\u4e3a28.9 mg KOH\/g\u7684\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\u53ef\u83b7\u5f9784 wt%\u7684\u4ea7\u7387\u3002\u5b9e\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\u7145\u70e7\u7684\u9ad8\u7089\u7c89\u5c18\u5728\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u6cb9\u8102\u50ac\u5316\u8f6c\u5316\u9886\u57df\u5177\u6709\u975e\u5e38\u5927\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u6f5c\u529b\u3002\u8be6\u60c5\u53ef\u89c1\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">YT Wang, WJ Cong, YN Zeng, YQ Zhang, JL Liang, JG Li, LQ Jiang, Z Fang.
