First, lipid fermentation of glucose <em>via Cryptococcus curvatus<\/em> was optimized by response surface methodology. Variables were selected by Plackett\u2013Burman design, and optimized by central composite design, achieving 4.9 g\/L total lipid and 0.16 g\/g lipid yield, and increased further as glucose increased from 30 to 50 g\/L. It was found that lipid content rapidly decreased from 44.5% to 6.4% as lignin (0.5 g\/L) was added, which would inhibit lipid accumulation for hydrolysate and recycled glycerol. Secondly, these fermentation conditions were further used for rice straw hydrolysates. After glycerol-FeCl<sub><span style=\"font-size: small;\">3<\/span><\/sub> pretreatment (0.06 mol\/L FeCl<sub><span style=\"font-size: small;\">3<\/span><\/sub>, 150 \u00b0C and 20 min), 72% lignin of rice straw was removed with glucose yield increased by 2.4 times to 74.3% at 20% substrate loading and 3 FPU\/g dry substrate. Its hydrolysates were separated for lipid fermentation, producing high total lipid (8.8 g\/L) and lipid yield (0.17 g\/g). Finally, recycled glycerol reached the maximum total lipid of 7.2 g\/L and high lipid yield of 0.16 g\/g. Based on the calculation, 2.9 g total lipid would be produced from 1 g rice straw and the recycled glycerol, with a similar composition to soybean oil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u535a\u58eb\u751f<strong>\u5510\u677e<\/strong>\uff08\u7537\uff09\u540c\u5b66\u5728\u65b9\u8001\u5e08\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u4e0b\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u7a3b\u79c6\u6c34\u89e3\u6db2\u548c\u9884\u5904\u7406\u6db2\u4e2d\u7eaf\u5316\u7684\u7518\u6cb9\u53d1\u9175\u751f\u4ea7\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6cb9\u8102\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u54cd\u5e94\u9762\u4f18\u5316\u5f2f\u66f2\u9690\u7403\u83cc\u53d1\u9175\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u4ea7\u6cb9\u8102\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7Plackett-Burman\u5b9e\u9a8c\u7b5b\u9009\u51fa\u663e\u8457\u6027\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ec4\u5408\u5b9e\u9a8c\u4ee5\u4f18\u5316\u6cb9\u8102\u4ea7\u91cf\uff0c\u5728\u6700\u4f73\u53d1\u9175\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u603b\u6cb9\u8102\u91cf\u4e3a4.9 g\/L\uff0c\u6cb9\u8102\u4ea7\u7387\u8fbe\u52300.16 g\/g\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u589e\u52a0\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u6d53\u5ea6\u4ee5\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u5176\u4ea7\u6cb9\u8102\u91cf\u3002\u4f46\u5728\u6dfb\u52a0\u6728\u8d28\u7d20(0.5 \u00b0C \u548c 20 min\uff09\uff0c\u7a3b\u79c6\u4e2d72%\u6728\u8d28\u7d20\u88ab\u53bb\u9664\uff0c\u9176\u89e3\u7387\u8f83\u672a\u5904\u7406\u524d\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e862.4\u500d\u3002\u57283 FPU\/g\u5e72\u57fa\u548c20%\u57fa\u8d28\u6d53\u5ea6\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u9176\u6c34\u89e372 h\u540e\uff0c\u9884\u5904\u7406\u540e\u7a3b\u79c6\u7684\u9176\u89e3\u7387\u9ad8\u8fbe74.3%\u3002\u57fa\u4e8e\u54cd\u5e94\u9762\u4f18\u5316\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u4ea7\u6cb9\u8102\u7684\u53d1\u9175\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u5728\u5c06\u5206\u79bb\u7684\u79f8\u79c6\u6c34\u89e3\u4ea7\u7269\u4f5c\u4e3a\u78b3\u6e90\uff0c\u4ea7\u51fa\u6cb9\u81028.8 g\/L\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6cb9\u8102\u4ea7\u7387\u4e5f\u8fbe\u5230\u4e860.17 g\/g\u3002\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u9884\u5904\u7406\u6db2\u4e2d\u7eaf\u5316\u7684\u7518\u6cb9\u53d1\u9175\u751f\u4ea7\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6cb9\u8102\uff0c\u603b\u6cb9\u8102\u91cf\u6700\u9ad8\u8fbe\u52307.2 g\/L\uff0c\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u9ad8\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u6cb9\u8102\u4ea7\u7387(0.16 g\/g)\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u7269\u6599\u8d28\u91cf\u5e73\u8861\u5206\u6790\uff0c1 g\u7a3b\u79c6\u53ca\u5176\u9884\u5904\u7406\u4e2d\u6240\u7528\u7518\u6cb9\u5c06\u4ea7\u51fa2\u200b\u200b.9
