Zn<sub>8<\/sub>@Fe-C<sub>400<\/sub> achieved nearly 100% <em>Jatropha<\/em> biodiesel yield at 160 <sup>o<\/sup>C within 4 h, and was used for at least 10 cycles with biodiesel yield of &gt;94.3% at AV of 6.3 mg KOH\/g.\uff08\u78c1\u6027\u9178\u78b1\u4e24\u6027\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u901a\u8fc7\u4e24\u6b65\u6cd5\u5408\u6210\uff1a\u7fa7\u7532\u57fa\u7ea4\u7ef4\u7d20\u94a0\u548cFe<sup>3+<\/sup>\u87af\u5408\u751f\u6210\u7684\u9178\u6027\u7ed3\u6784-COOFe\u5c06\u78b1\u6027\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u5305\u57cb\u5728\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7684\u5185\u90e8\uff0c\u7145\u70e7\u6b65\u9aa4\u5c06\u90e8\u5206\u7684-COOFe\u7ed3\u6784\u8fd8\u539f\u6210Fe<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>4<\/sub>\uff0c\u4e3a\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u5f15\u5165\u78c1\u6027\u3002\u5408\u6210\u7684Zn<sub>8<\/sub>@Fe-C<sub>400<\/sub>\u53ef\u4ee5\u50ac\u5316\u9178\u503c\u4e3a6.3 mg KOH\/g\u7684\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\u83b7\u5f97100.0%\u7684\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u4ea7\u7387\uff0c\u5faa\u73af\u4f7f\u752810\u6b21\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u7684\u4ea7\u7387\u4ecd\u7136\u5927\u4e8e94.3%\uff09<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recently, Miss Yi-Tong Wang (PhD student from Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences) supervised by Prof. Zhen FANG has synthesized magnetic acid-base amphoteric nanoparticles. Alkaline oxides (ZnFe<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>4<\/sub>, ferrihydrite, zincite, maghemite and magnetite) concerted with acidic -COOFe structure, benefited the one-pot esterification and transesterification of <em>Jatropha<\/em> oils with high acid value to produce biodiesel without additional pretreatment. The strong magnetism of catalyst helped catalyst separation for recycle\u00a0in biodiesel production. <em>Jatropha<\/em> biodiesel yield of 100% at 160 <sup>o<\/sup>C within 4 h, with methanol\/oil molar ratio of 40\/1 and catalyst dosage of 7 wt% was achieved, while the catalyst can be cycled for at least 10 times with biodiesel yield &gt; 94.3% at acid value of 6.3 mg KOH\/g. One-step production of biodiesel from Jatropha oils with high acid value at low temperature by magnetic acid-base amphoteric nanoparticles, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Chemical Engineering Journal<\/span>, 348, 929-939 (<strong>2018<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S1385894718308283\">https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S1385894718308283<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u78c1\u6027\u9178\u78b1\u4e24\u6027\u7eb3\u7c73\u7c92\u5b50\u50ac\u5316\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u7684\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\u5728\u4f4e\u6e29\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u6cd5\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u738b\u4e00\u540c\uff08\u5973\uff09\u540c\u5b66\uff08\u4e2d\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u897f\u53cc\u7248\u7eb3\u70ed\u5e26\u690d\u7269\u56ed\u535a\u58eb\u7814\u7a76\u751f\uff09\u5728\u65b9\u8001\u5e08\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u4e0b\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4e24\u6b65\u6cd5\u5408\u6210\u4e86\u78c1\u6027\u9178\u78b1\u4e24\u6027\u50ac\u5316\u5242\uff0c\u5e76\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u7684\u5236\u5907\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u901a\u8fc7\u7b80\u6613\u7684\u4e24\u6b65\u6cd5\u5408\u6210\u9ad8\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u78c1\u6027\u9178\u78b1\u4e24\u6027\u7eb3\u7c73\u9897\u7c92\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u4e0d\u53ef\u98df\u7528\u7684\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\u8054\u5408\u916f\u5316\u548c\u8f6c\u916f\u5316\u53cd\u5e94\uff0c\u4e00\u6b65\u6cd5\u5236\u5907\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u3002\u5728\u4f4e\u6e29160 <sup>o<\/sup>C\u53cd\u5e944 h\u53ef\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97100.0%\u7684\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u4ea7\u7387\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u78c1\u6027\u5206\u79bb\u53ef\u4ee5\u5faa\u73af\u4f7f\u752810\u6b21 (\u4ea7\u7387\u4ecd\u7136\u5927\u4e8e94.3%)\uff0c\u5c55\u73b0\u4e86\u975e\u5e38\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u5e94\u7528\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u534a\u5e74\u7684\u5e38\u6e29\u50a8\u5b58\uff0c\u5408\u6210\u7684\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u672a\u53d1\u751f\u7682\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7ed3\u679c\u53d1\u8868\u5728Chemical Engineering Journal: Yi-Tong Wang, <strong>Zhen Fang*<\/strong>, Xing-Xia Yang, Ya-Ting Yang, Jia Luo, Kun Xu, Gui-Rong Bao.
