\nCarbonaceous bifunctional magnetic solid acid catalyst with high acid content was synthesized by four-step method. It efficiently catalyzed the esterification of oleic acid, transesterification of soybean oil and pretreatment of Jatropha oil with easy separation for 10 cycles. \uff08\u53cc\u529f\u80fd\u78c1\u6027\u56fa\u4f53\u9178\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u901a\u8fc7\u56db\u6b65\u6cd5\u5408\u6210\u548c\u6d3b\u5316\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u916f\u5316\u6cb9\u9178\uff0c\u8f6c\u916f\u5316\u8c46\u6cb9\u548c\u9884\u5904\u7406\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\uff0c\u53ea\u9700\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u78c1\u6027\u5206\u79bb\u6b65\u9aa4\u53ef\u5faa\u73af\u4f7f\u752810\u6b21\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n

Recently, Miss Yi-Tong Wang (PhD student from Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences) supervised by Prof. Zhen FANG has synthesized carbonaceous bifunctional magnetic solid acid catalyst with both Br\u00f8nsted and Lewis sites to efficiently catalyze the esterification of oleic acid with 97% biodiesel yield, transesterification of mixed soybean oil with high acid value (AV) with 95% biodiesel yield and pretreat Jatropha oil with AV reduced from 17.2 to 0.7 mg KOH\/g. Biodiesel yield > 90% at 90 oC for 4 h reaction time was obtained for ten cycles by easy magnetic separation which showed potential practical applications in the field of green production of biodiesel.

\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u738b\u4e00\u540c\u540c\u5b66\uff08\u4e2d\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u897f\u53cc\u7248\u7eb3\u70ed\u5e26\u690d\u7269\u56ed\u535a\u58eb\u7814\u7a76\u751f\uff09\u5728\u65b9\u8001\u5e08\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u4e0b\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u56db\u6b65\u6cd5\u5408\u6210\u4e86\u53cc\u529f\u80fd\u78c1\u6027\u56fa\u4f53\u9178\u50ac\u5316\u5242\uff0c\u5e76\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u5236\u5907\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u964d\u4f4e\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u5236\u5907\u5de5\u827a\u7684\u80fd\u8017\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u56db\u6b65\u6cd5\u5408\u6210\u4e00\u79cd\u540c\u65f6\u5177\u6709\u8def\u6613\u65af\u9178\u4f4d\u70b9\u548c\u5e03\u6717\u65af\u7279\u9178\u4f4d\u70b9\u7684\u78c1\u6027\u56fa\u4f53\u9178\u3002\u5408\u6210\u7684\u78c1\u6027\u56fa\u4f53\u9178\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u79c0\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u916f\u5316\u6cb9\u9178\u83b7\u5f9797%\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u4ea7\u7387\uff0c\u8f6c\u916f\u5316\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u7684\u8c46\u6cb9\u83b7\u5f9795%\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u4ea7\u7387\uff0c\u9884\u5904\u7406\u9178\u503c\u4e3a17.2 mg KOH\/g\u7684\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u539f\u6cb9\u4f7f\u5176\u9178\u503c\u964d\u4e3a0.7 mg KOH\/g\u3002\u5408\u6210\u7684\u53cc\u529f\u80fd\u78c1\u6027\u56fa\u4f53\u9178\u62e5\u6709\u8f83\u597d\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u78c1\u6027\u5206\u79bb\u53ef\u4ee5\u5faa\u73af\u4f7f\u752810\u6b21\uff0c\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u5e94\u7528\u524d\u666f\u3002<\/p>\n
