Crude <em>Jatropha<\/em> oil was esterified to decrease its acid value to 1.3 from 17.2 mg KOH\/g by the solid acid, and subsequently transesterified to biodiesel (96.7% yield) catalyzed by the solid base. After 3 cycles and magnetically separated, the deactivated base was catalyzed the hydrothermal gasification of biodiesel by-product (crude glycerol) with gasification rate of 81% and 82% H<sub>2<\/sub> purity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Recently, biomass group synthesized magnetic carbonaceous solid acid (C-SO<sub>3<\/sub>H@Fe\/JHC) and base (Na<sub>2<\/sub>SiO<sub>3<\/sub>@Ni\/JRC) catalysts by loading active groups on the carbonaceous supporters derived from <em>Jatropha<\/em>-hull hydrolysate and hydrolysis residue. Characterization of their morphology, magnetic saturation, functional groups and total acid\/base contents were performed by various techniques. Additional acidic functional groups that formed with <em>Jatropha<\/em>-hull hydrolysate contributed to the high acidity of C-SO<sub>3<\/sub>H@Fe\/JHC catalyst for the pretreatment (esterification) of crude Jatropha oil with high acid values (AV). The AV of esterified Jatropha oil dropped down from 17.2 to 1.3 mg KOH\/g, achieving a high biodiesel yield of 96.7% after subsequent transesterification reaction with Na<sub>2<\/sub>SiO<sub>3<\/sub>@Ni\/JRC base that was cycled at least 3 times with little loss of catalysis activity. Both solid acid and base catalysts were easily recovered by magnetic force with average recovery yields of 90.3 wt% and 86.7%, respectively. After washed by ethanol, the catalysts were cycled for 10 times. The AV of esterified oil and biodiesel yield using the recycled catalysts remained below 2.0 mg KOH\/g and above 85%, respectively. The existence of catalyst ions and residual methanol contributed to high H<sub>2<\/sub> yield (81.0%) and high purity (81.7%) in the hydrothermal gasification of glycerol by-product using the justify;\"><strong>\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u58f3\u5408\u6210\u78c1\u6027\u56fa\u4f53\u9178\u548c\u78b1\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u53ca\u7528\u4ee5\u751f\u4ea7\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u548c\u6c22\u6c14<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u8fd1,\u751f\u7269\u80fd\u6e90\u7ec4\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u58f3\u6c34\u89e3\u6db2\u548c\u6c34\u89e3\u6b8b\u6e23\u5408\u6210\u7684\u78c1\u6027\u78b3\u8f7d\u4f53\u52a0\u8f7d\u6d3b\u6027\u57fa\u56e2\uff0c\u5408\u6210\u78c1\u6027\u70ad\u8d28\u56fa\u4f53\u9178 (C-SO<sub>3<\/sub>H@Fe\/JHC)\u548c\u78b1(Na<sub>2<\/sub>SiO<sub>3<\/sub>@Ni\/JRC)\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5404\u79cd\u6d4b\u8bd5\u6280\u672f\u5bf9\u5176\u5f62\u6001\u3001\u78c1\u6027\u9971\u548c\u5ea6\u3001\u529f\u80fd\u57fa\u56e2\u548c\u603b\u9178\/\u78b1\u542b\u91cf\u8fdb\u884c\u8868\u5f81\u3002\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u58f3\u6c34\u89e3\u6db2\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u9178\u6027\u5b98\u80fd\u56e2\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u5176\u8d1f\u8f7d\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u5242\uff08C-SO<sub>3<\/sub>H@Fe\/JHC\uff09\u5177\u5907\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u9178\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u9884\u5904\u7406(\u916f\u5316)\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9, \u9178\u503c\u4ece17.2 \u964d\u4e3a 1.3 mg KOH\/g\u3002\u9884\u5904\u7406\u540e\u7684\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\uff0c\u5728\u7531\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u58f3\u6c34\u89e3\u6b8b\u6e23\u5408\u6210\u7684\u78b1\u6027\u50ac\u5316\u5242(Na<sub>2<\/sub>SiO<sub>3<\/sub>@Ni\/JRC)\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0b\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u8102\u4ea4\u6362\u53cd\u5e94\uff0c\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u4ea7\u7387\u53ef\u9ad8\u8fbe96.7%,\u8be5\u78b1\u6027\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u53ef\u5faa\u73af\u81f3\u5c11\u4e09\u6b21, \u50ac\u5316\u6d3b\u6027\u635f\u5931\u5f88\u5c11\u3002\u56fa\u4f53\u9178\u548c\u78b1\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u5747\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u78c1\u94c1\u8f7b\u6613\u5730\u56de\u6536, \u5e73\u5747\u56de\u6536\u7387\u4e3a 90.3 wt% \u548c86.7%\u3002\u7528\u4e59\u9187\u6d17\u6da4\u540e, \u50ac\u5316\u5242\u53ef\u5faa\u73af\u5341\u6b21\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u56de\u6536\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u5242\uff0c\u9884\u5904\u7406\u6cb9\u7684\u9178\u503c\u4f4e\u4e8e2.0 mg KOH\/g\uff0c\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u7684\u4ea7\u7387\u9ad8\u8fbe85%\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u79bb\u5b50\u548c\u6b8b\u7559\u7684\u7532\u9187\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u7528\u5931\u6d3b\u56fa\u4f53\u78b1\u50ac\u5316\u6c34\u70ed\u6c14\u5316\u7518\u6cb9\u526f\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6c22\u6c14\u4ea7\u91cf
