Because, activated carbon has properties like its surface oxides, reducibility, and stability in both acidic and basic media, as well as its structural resemblance to graphite , fullerenes and nanotubes to support -SO<sub>3<\/sub>H group well. However, the separation of AC-SO<sub>3<\/sub>H catalyst needs filtration or centrifugation that is energy and time consuming. So, many magnetic carbonaceous acids were successfully prepared that are easily separated by a magnet for cellulose hydrolysis, fructose dehydration and hydrolysis of polysaccharides. But these catalysts have low acid content (e.g., 1.3, 1.95 and 0.38 mmol\/g) for effective biodiesel production, some have low magnetism.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Zhang Fan, a PhD student, under the guidance of Professor Zhen Fang in Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (CAS), prepared a cheap and active magnetic heterogeneous acid for the production of biodiesel from oils with high AV. First, magnetic core is formed by hydrothermal precipitation from both glucose and iron chloride and subsequent high temperature pyrolysis. The core is again hydrothermally coated with glucose and stabilized by pyrolysis, and subsequent sulfonated as acid catalyst. It was found that pyrolysis temperature at 600 \u00b0C led to excellent structure to produce catalyst with high acid density (2.79 mmol\/g) and strong magnetism (14.4 Am<sup>2<\/sup>\/kg). The catalyst presents high active, stable and recoverable in the production of <em>Jatropha<\/em> biodiesel from crude oil with high AV (17.2 mg KOH\/g) with high yields for 3 cycles (90.5%, 91.8%, 90.3%), slight reduction in total acid density (2.43 <em>vs.<\/em> 2.79 mmol\/g) and high catalyst recovery rate of 96.3%. It was also found that ultrasound can resist free fatty acids. High biodiesel yield (90.7%) was still achieved from high AV oil (4.8) at low US energy density (0.1 W\/mL) with Na<sub>2<\/sub>SiO<sub>3<\/sub> catalyst.<\/p>\n<p>The results are published in Applied Energy and Fuel:<\/p>\n<p>1. Biodiesel production directly from oils with high acid value by magnetic Na2SiO3@Fe3O4\/C catalyst and ultrasound, Fuel, 2015; 150: 370\u2013377.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u65b0\u578b\u78b3\u57fa\u78c1\u6027\u56fa\u4f53\u9178\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7528\u4e8e\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u6cb9\u8102\u76f4\u63a5\u8f6c\u5316\u5408\u6210\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u76f4\u63a5\u7528\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u6cb9\u8102\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u662f\u4e00\u96be\u70b9\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u70ed\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u78fa\u5316\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u70ad\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u916f\u5316\u548c\u916f\u4ea4\u6362\u53cd\u5e94\u50ac\u5316\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u6cb9\u8102\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u6d3b\u6027\u70ad\u5177\u6709\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e8e\u8868\u9762\u6c27\u5316\u7269\uff0c\u8fd8\u539f\u5242\u548c\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u9178\u78b1\u57fa\u56e2\u7b49\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5b83\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0e\u77f3\u58a8\uff0c\u5bcc\u52d2\u70ef\u548c\u78b3\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ba1\u76f8\u4f3c\u5e76\u53ef\u4ee5\u6784\u5efa-SO<sub>3<\/sub>H\u9178\u57fa\u56e2\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5df2\u6210\u529f\u5730\u7814\u5236\u51fa\u78c1\u6027\u78b3\u57fa\u56fa\u4f53\u9178\u5e76\u7528\u4e8e\u78c1\u573a\u56de\u6536\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5206\u522b\u7528\u4e8e\u7ea4\u7ef4\u7d20\u6c34\u89e3\u3001\u679c\u7cd6\u964d\u89e3\u548c\u591a\u7cd6\u6c34\u89e3\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u5242\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4ee5\u4e0a\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u9178\u91cf\uff08\u5982\uff1a1.3, 1.95 and 0.38 mmol\/g\uff09\u6216\u8f83\u5f31\u7684\u78c1\u6027\u4e0d\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u5236\u5907\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u897f\u53cc\u7248\u7eb3\u70ed\u5e26\u690d\u7269\u56ed\u751f\u7269\u80fd\u6e90\u7ec4\uff0c\u535a\u58eb\u751f\u5f20\u5e06\u5728\u65b9\u771f\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u4e0b\uff0c\u5236\u5907\u51fa\u4e00\u79cd\u5ec9\u4ef7\u548c\u9ad8\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u78c1\u6027\u56fa\u4f53\u9178\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7528\u4e8e\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u6cb9\u8102\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u3002\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7684\u5236\u5907\u65b9\u6cd5\uff1a\u9996\u5148\u901a\u8fc7\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u548c\u6c2f\u5316\u94c1\u6df7\u5408\u6eb6\u6db2\u5728\u9ad8\u6e29\u6c34\u70ed\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u5236\u5907\u78b3\u57fa\u78c1\u6838\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5229\u7528\u6c34\u70ed\u78b3\u5316\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u518d\u6b21\u5305\u57cb\u70ed\u5904\u7406\u540e\u7684\u78b3\u57fa\u78c1\u6838\uff0c\u6700\u540e\u901a\u8fc7\u9ad8\u6e29\u70ed\u5904\u7406\u540e\u8fdb\u884c\u78fa\u5316\u5236\u5907\u78b3\u57fa\u78c1\u6027\u56fa\u4f53\u9178\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0\u5728600 \u00b0C\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0b\u70ed\u5904\u7406\u518d\u78fa\u5316\u5236\u5907\u7684\u56fa\u4f53\u9178\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u9178\u91cf\uff082.79 mmol\/g\uff09\u548c\u78c1\u9971\u548c\u5ea6\uff0814.4 Am<sup>2<\/sup>\/kg\uff09\uff0c\u8be5\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u6027\uff0c\u5faa\u73af3\u6b21\u7528\u4e8e\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\uff08\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u4ea7\u7387\uff1a90.5%\uff0c91.8%\uff0c90.3%; \u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\u9178\u503c17.2 mg KOH\/g\uff09\u5236\u5907\uff0c\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u9178\u91cf\u7565\u6709\u4e0b\u964d\uff082.43 <em>vs.<\/em> 2.79 mmol\/g\uff09\u5e76\u4e14\u5177\u670996.3%\u7684\u56de\u6536\u7387\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u8fd8\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u8d85\u58f0\u6ce2\u80fd\u6297\u81ea\u7531\u8102\u80aa\u9178\uff1a\u4ee5Na<sub>2<\/sub>SiO<sub>3<\/sub>\u4e3a\u50ac\u5316\u5242\uff0c\u5728\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u8d85\u58f0\u6ce2\u80fd\u91cf\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff080.1 W\/mL\uff09\uff0c\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\uff084.8 mg KOH\/g\uff09\u7684\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u4ea7\u7387\u4ecd\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fbe\u523090.7%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u53d1\u8868\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u8457\u540d\u80fd\u6e90\u671f\u520aApplied Energy\u548cFuel\u4e0a\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>1.
