So, researchers have focused on finding suitable heterogeneous solid catalysts, such as K2CO3 supported activated carbon, CaO, Sr\/MgO, MnO and TiO, to replace homogeneous liquid catalysts. However, solid base catalysts are easy to deactivate when low qualified oils with high acid value (AV) are used as raw materials due to soap formation.<br \/>\nMr. Zhang Fan, a PhD student, under the guidance of Professor Zhen Fang in Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (CAS), prepared cheap and active magnetic heterogeneous catalyst (Na2SiO3@Fe3O4\/C) for the production of biodiesel from oils with high acid value (AV) under ultrasonic (US) irradiation and magnetic stirring (MS). With the catalyst and assisted by US, soybean biodiesel yield reached &gt; 90% in only 20 min (or at 318 K) and 97.9% under the optimal conditions. It was easily magnetically separated for 5 cycles with 94.9% recovery rate and biodiesel yield &gt; 80% with both US and MS. The catalyst transesterified Jatropha oil with biodiesel yields of 94.7%, 93.2% and 83.5% at AV of 1.3, 4.8 and 7.3 (mg KOH\/g) with US. High biodiesel yield (90.7%) was still achieved from high AV oil (4.8) at low US energy density (0.1 W\/mL) and MS. The catalyst combined with US and MS can find practical application for direct production of biodiesel from oils with high AV, and recovered easily for recycles.<br \/>\nThe results are published in fuel:<br \/>\nF Zhang, Zhen Fang*, YT Wang, Biodiesel Production Directly from Oils with High Acid Value by Magnetic Na2SiO3@Fe3O4\/C Catalyst and Ultrasound, Fuel, 150, 370-377 (2015).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na2SiO3@Fe3O4\/\u78c1\u6027\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7684\u5236\u5907\u53ca\u5176\u7528\u4e8e\u8d85\u58f0\u6ce2\u76f4\u63a5\u4ece\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u6cb9\u8102\u751f\u4ea7\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u4e8e\u77f3\u5316\u8d44\u6e90\u6709\u9650\u5e76\u4e14\u71c3\u70e7\u540e\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6d53\u5ea6\u6025\u5267\u5347\u9ad8\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5f00\u53d1\u5229\u7528\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u7684\u751f\u7269\u8d28\u71c3\u6599\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u548c\u610f\u4e49\u3002\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u6e05\u6d01\u3001\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u3001\u78b3\u4e2d\u6027\u5e76\u53ef\u66ff\u4ee3\u77f3\u5316\u67f4\u6cb9\u7684\u6db2\u4f53\u71c3\u6599\u3002\u5229\u7528\u5747\u76f8\u50ac\u5316\u5242\uff08\u5982\uff1a\u7532\u9187\u94a0\u3001\u6c22\u6c27\u5316\u94be\u6216\u6c22\u6c27\u5316\u94a0\uff09\u901a\u8fc7\u916f\u4ea4\u6362\u53cd\u5e94\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u662f\u6700\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u6b64\u7c7b\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u4f1a\u6eb6\u89e3\u5230\u7532\u9187\u548c\u7518\u6cb9\u4e2d\u4f7f\u5f97\u5176\u96be\u4ee5\u5faa\u73af\u518d\u5229\u7528\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u4e00\u76f4\u52aa\u529b\u5bfb\u627e\u5408\u9002\u7684\u975e\u5747\u76f8\u56fa\u4f53\u50ac\u5316\u5242\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u78b3\u8f7dK2CO3\u3001CaO\u3001Sr\/MgO\u3001 MnO\u548cTiO\u53d6\u4ee3\u5747\u76f8\u6db2\u4f53\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u78b1\u6027\u975e\u5747\u76f8\u56fa\u4f53\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7531\u4e8e\u7682\u5316\u53cd\u5e94\uff0c\u4e0d\u9002\u5b9c\u7528\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u6cb9\uff08\u5982\u5e9f\u5f03\u714e\u70b8\u6cb9\u3001\u52a8\u7269\u6cb9\u8102\u548c\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\uff09\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e0e\u8d85\u58f0\u6ce2\u8f90\u5c04\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u5728\u673a\u68b0\u6405\u62cc\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0b\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\uff08\u59823 h\uff09\u7684\u916f\u4ea4\u6362\u53cd\u5e94\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u3002<br \/>\n\u4e2d\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u897f\u53cc\u7248\u7eb3\u70ed\u5e26\u690d\u7269\u56ed\u751f\u7269\u80fd\u6e90\u7ec4\u535a\u58eb\u751f\u5f20\u5e06\u5728\u65b9\u771f\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u4e0b\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u5408\u6210\u4e86\u78c1\u6027\u975e\u5747\u76f8\u56fa\u4f53\u50ac\u5316\u5242\uff08Na2SiO3@Fe3O4\/C\uff09\uff0c\u5e76\u5229\u7528\u8be5\u56fa\u4f53\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u5728\u8d85\u58f0\u6ce2\u548c\u673a\u68b0\u6405\u62cc\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u7528\u4e8e\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u6cb9\u8102\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u3002\u5b9e\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff1a\u572820\u5206\u949f45\u6444\u6c0f\u5ea6\u7684\u8d85\u58f0\u6ce2\u8f85\u52a9\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u5927\u8c46\u6cb9\u5f97\u7387\u9ad8\u4e8e90%\uff08\u6700\u4f18\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fbe\u523097.9%\uff09\uff0c\u5728\u673a\u68b0\u6405\u62cc\u548c\u8d85\u58f0\u6ce2\u8f90\u5c04\u534f\u540c\u4f5c\u7528\u65f6\uff0c\u8be5\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u5faa\u73af\u4e94\u6b21\u540e\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u5f97\u7387\u4ecd\u7136\u9ad8\u4e8e80%\u4e14\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u56de\u6536\u7387\u4e3a94.9%\u3002\u5229\u7528\u8be5\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u50ac\u5316\u8f6c\u5316\u4e0d\u540c\u9178\u503c\uff081.3\u30014.8 \u548c 7.3 mg KOH\/g\uff09\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\uff0c\u5176\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u5f97\u7387\u5206\u522b\u4e3a94.7%\u300193.2% \u548c 83.5%\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5728\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u8d85\u58f0\u6ce2\u80fd\u91cf\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff080.1 W\/mL\uff09\uff0c\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u5c0f\u6850\u5b50\u6cb9\uff084.8 mg KOH\/g\uff09\u7684\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u5f97\u7387\u4ecd\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fbe\u523090.7%\u3002\u7ed3\u5408\u673a\u68b0\u6405\u62cc\u548c\u8d85\u58f0\u6ce2\u8f85\u52a9\u6761\u4ef6\uff0cNa2SiO3@Fe3O4\/C\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u9ad8\u9178\u503c\u539f\u6599\u6cb9\u76f4\u63a5\u8f6c\u5316\u5236\u5907\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u53d1\u8868\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u8457\u540d\u80fd\u6e90\u671f\u520aFuel\u4e0a\uff1a<br \/>\nF Zhang, Zhen Fang*, YT Wang, Biodiesel Production Directly from Oils with High Acid Value by Magnetic Na2SiO3@Fe3O4\/C Catalyst and Ultrasound, Fuel, 150, 370-377 (2015).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Graphical-abstract-fan-zf.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2493\" src=\"https:\/\/woodrefinery.com\/zhenfang\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Graphical-abstract-fan-zf-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Graphical abstract -
